By accessing or using DriverLedger ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
DriverLedger is a mobile application that helps gig workers track income, expenses, mileage, and estimate taxes. The App provides financial tracking tools and tax estimation features for informational purposes only.
DriverLedger provides tax estimates and financial calculations for informational purposes only. This is not professional tax, legal, or financial advice. You should consult a qualified tax professional for advice specific to your situation. DriverLedger is not responsible for any tax filings, penalties, or financial decisions made based on information provided by the App.
You must create an account to use DriverLedger. You are responsible for:

DriverLedger offers a free tier and Premium subscription plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store settings.
Payments are processed by RevenueCat and the respective app store. We do not store payment card information.
Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the app store through which you purchased the subscription.

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of the financial data you enter into the App.
DriverLedger, its logo, design, and software are the intellectual property of DriverLedger. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that tax estimates will be accurate. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriverLedger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to tax penalties, lost profits, or data loss.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
